CENTRE FOR MUNICIPAL ASSET MANAGEMENT​

The “Centre for Municipal Asset Management” (CMAM) is an organization that focuses on providing resources, tools, and support for effective asset management in municipal or local government settings. Asset management involves the strategic planning, operation, maintenance, and disposal of physical assets such as infrastructure, buildings, and equipment.

CMAM’s main objective is to assist municipalities in optimizing the lifecycle management of their assets to ensure they are well-maintained, cost-effective, and able to deliver essential services to communities. This can include infrastructure like roads, bridges, water and wastewater systems, parks, and more.
